We have dealt with Simon Lemcke and his team on and off for many years asking for advice on renovation work and they have always been very willing to help. Based upon our good relationship with them we chose them over two other agents to sell our house.
We were very impressed with the service provided by Goldin Lemcke and team, particularly when the house first went on the market, the whole team from the office came to view the property so they would know the nuances of our house when someone called.
Simon came into his own when we had a difficult buyer who insisted on an impossible completion date, he was calm and managed the situation incredibly well and insured that the chain didn't collapse.
I would highly recommend this agent and when we eventually move I would use them again.
