Having bought our property through Goldin Lemcke and having no issues at all with the purchase when the time came to sell we decided it would make sense to use them again - after all they had already sold the house once before. Not be be naive we got a number of different agents to come around and value the house and to deliver their sales pitch. The thing that stood out with Goldin Lemcke, was the appraisal was quick and efficient and most importantly when we asking about fees we were told exactly what the fee would be. With all the other agents we were told we could discuss the fee once we were ready to put the house on the market and the fee would depend on how we wanted to market the property.
Our house was sold for the full asking price after a single (1 hour) round of viewings. Due to the chain the sale was not completed for 5 months - this was due to issues both up and down the chain. What struck me was when Simon Lemcke said the famous words "I'll get back to you" - he did. Always. Sometimes the call was just to say that he has been unable to get hold of someone and would try again the next day. Being kept informed is the most important thing, because when you are not informed you usually end up fearing the worst.
To sum it up I received outstanding customer service, the staff were dedicated to making my life easier and it honestly felt at times like we were their only clients such was the level of service. I would highly recommend using Goldin Lemcke to sell your property.
