We moved abroad last year, and have had our house rented out ever since. The let was marketed by the Glossop office, but once tenants were found, the management of the tenancy passed to the Hale office and our main point of contact has been Annie Stackhouse. We have been very pleased with the service provided. We had a problem getting final meter readings for the gas and electricity, as an energy company had tried to take over the supply without our knowledge while the house was empty. Annie showed great patience and persistence in sorting out the problem! She has also been very prompt to keep us informed about any maintenance issues, providing us with a list of options as to the course of action. We receive inspection reports, so that we have had the reassurance of knowing that the tenants are keeping everything in good order. We communicate by email and she usually replies very promptly, or we get an out of office message, so that we can pass any urgent matters on to someone else. Rental payments have been transferred to us promptly, and we receive a full statement listing any deductions for repairs etc. So far the tenancy has progressed very smoothly, which we hope will continue!!
