Peter Hayler at Goldin Lemcke worked very hard to find a buyer for our flat, and then kept on top of the process when we had accepted an offer, ensuring that the sale completed. From the very start Peter had, in my view, just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. He kept us informed at all stages of the process without the need to chase him or feel that I was being over-informed. I felt he was really representing out interests but was also able to convey the buyers perspective to us in a way that kept the sale moving in the right direction. What was most reassuring was that he was always on top of the situation and wasn't going to miss anything, and he did a lot of extra leg work to make sure the little details were considered and sorted out. When Peter was out if the office I felt that his colleagues knew whet was going on so there were no real gaps in the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Goldin Lemcke, they know the local market well and worked very hard for us.
