We decided to ask Bennett & Stevens to pay us a visit to give us a valuation on our property and on encountering the charm, wit and expertise of one Graham Wardley, it was evident that any other Estate Agent would not come up to the same standard as either Graham Wardley or Bennett & Stevens.
On agreeing the price our property was put on the market efficiently and all was conducted to a high standard. A detailed spec was put together along with professional photographs of the property. This commenced in November 2012 and up until the final offer in July 2013, on average we encountered at least one couple a week for a viewing, which we thought was good, considering the financial climate. When we accepted the final offer on the property the process to follow was explained thoroughly to us and we then commenced to go through the proceeds of selling the property. Along the way, there were many questions, doubts and frustrations, all from ourselves, and to get through them, all the staff of Bennett & Stevens dealt with us professionally, gave considerable time and put in the amount of effort, a client would expect. We were treated as if we were their only client, made to feel special at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
When Graham Wardley was not available either Nick Stevens or Louise were there to deal with us which made a good service, a great service. They all listened, dealt with and got the right conclusion.
We have now Exchanged Contracts on our property and having a definite Completion date is extremely comforting. We still speak to our Agent and we will continue to do so I am sure until we do actually Complete.
I have recommended Bennett & Stevens to several acquaintances and I hope all concerned reap the benefit of my recommendation.
Together Bennett & Stevens have ensured they have Team Spirit, work strongly as a team and I am sure this will continue for the future. We wish them all the best for the future.
