We have decided to cancel their services after 16 weeks of inactivity. They have a very casual approach. The service consists of adding you to Zoopla and Right Move, end of story. They don't send brochures out to prospective buyers, like it says on the agreement. The photos of the property are very amateurish, taken with presumably a bog standard camera. They kept getting the details wrong in the first place, and when asked to make corrections (which I had to do several times) they acted like we were inconveniencing them. They even ignored my letter of cancellation, so I phoned them and the guy said oh yes, we were going to come and take the board tomorrow. Well surprise surprise, the board still hasn't been collected. We've now signed up with another agent, but Excelsior still haven't removed our property from the websites, so that means another phone call to chase them. I just think they have a "can't be bothered" attitude. They don't run it like a business, it's more like a hobby on the side of whatever it is they really do.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have treated us like valued customers, given us feedback and been happy to correct their mistakes. Could have used a decent wide-angled lense camera to get good shots of the rooms.

What agent could do to change your mind?
