I am so frustrated and disappointed. Over the weekend I saw a house go up for sale on Rightmove and I emailed the agent asking for a viewing - giving the information that we have sold our house. On Monday I hadn't heard back so I phoned their office and reception said they'd pass on my name and number. Wednesday I phoned again and the same thing happened except an agent called me a minute later. I asked for a viewing, saying our house was sold and exchanged, this house is perfect for our family. He said he would ask the owners about a viewing. On Thursday after still no phone call, I looked at the house on Rightmove and it now said Sold STC. As in, "Sold we hope". I have no chain. I may have offered more than the other buyer. But I wasn't even given a chance. If I was the seller I'd be upset as well.
What agent could do to change your mind?
