Jill, the sales progressor, was first class. Polite, courteous, and extremely helpful I would not hesitate to recommend her. In my opinion it is the progressor that has the hardest job pushing things along, the agent has the "easy" job of showing people around and passing offers on.

I cannot however say the same for Clive. He was never formally involved in this purchase and we only had dealings with him on two occasions where Jill was away. On both of those occasions, which he instigated, he proved extremely unhelpful with no knowledge of where we were in the process and with "scaremongering" that almost caused the deal to fall though.

Overall Drewery\'s did a good job - just don\'t ask Clive to be involved.

Thank you for your comments. Our company take these very seriously, in our effort to provide the most professional service to both vendors and purchasers alike, and we are extremely pleased to hear such good things said about our Progressing Manager, Jill.

With regard to the comments about Clive, it seems that, unfortunately, the good experience was marred by Clive having to give some negative feedback to the purchaser, as a result of our instructions from a very unhappy Vendor client. We are pleased however, that the sale progressed to a satisfactory conclusion in the end.
