Jill, the sales progressor, was first class. Polite, courteous, and extremely helpful I would not hesitate to recommend her. In my opinion it is the progressor that has the hardest job pushing things along, the agent has the "easy" job of showing people around and passing offers on.
I cannot however say the same for Clive. He was never formally involved in this purchase and we only had dealings with him on two occasions where Jill was away. On both of those occasions, which he instigated, he proved extremely unhelpful with no knowledge of where we were in the process and with "scaremongering" that almost caused the deal to fall though.
Overall Drewery\'s did a good job - just don\'t ask Clive to be involved.
