In the first few months of moving into the new flat, our boiler was broken and we had a few changes in the house that needed to be changed. Especially during a cold winter this year, Stacey was very understanding of our situation and kindly helped us install a new boiler and washing machine as quickly and efficiently as possible. She is in regular communication and is understanding that as working professionals, we are often inundated with our personal work and she tries to minimise the hassle for us as tenants. Thank you Stacey.
