I found lovett\'s to be friendly in the initial setup.
after that i am afraid their service wend down hill.
after reporting countless faults with the property no heating, faulty electrics, no effort to fix or replace had been made during a 3 year period.
when calling to the office to arrange resolution the staff are unwilling to assist and are just jobsworths.
there is no communication within the business so when your account is handed to the relevant departments there is no continuity of customer service, the staff seem to be scratching their head a lot.
when finalizing and leaving the property they did not handle or communicate efficiently.
items that were damaged when moving in were then palmed off and charged to me when leaving
i guess the tenant before had all ready payed for them as well.
all in all they seem to hide behind having everything outsourced and do not take responsibility for their actions.
general a bad business, try to avoid this firm!!!
