Unprofessional, Un helpful, dishonest, thieve, horrible horrible horrible agent. Please save yourselves lots of headache, lots of losses and avoid this agent, the old witch jane ryan.. You will not get a penny of your deposit at the end of your tenancy. Landlords hate her too. Please stay away and save yourself misery.

Never use them! Will not return your deposit and offers very blurred and ambiguous contracts! Very difficult to get repairs done, were left for a week with no heating and no hot water in winter!...
