If you employ your own staff, and would like to show them an example of how NOT to behave, or treat customers, then you must call in at the Mann Countrywide branch in Purley, and speak to the young lady there! Absolutely totally full of herself, arrogant, rude and unhelpful. Why would any company wish to employ someone like that? The other member of staff, a young man, was the absolute epitome of good customer service, but the young woman (whom I suspect was the "manager"), wouldn\'t leave him alone to get on with his job, which he was doing excellently, but constantly chipped in from the side with nonsense comments.
I gave up and walked out... Another customer lost!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The young lady could have left the competent member of staff to get on with things, which might (indeed probably) would have resulted in an offer being made.
