Following a year of poor communication, confusing excuses, and substandard customer service the sale of my flat through Mulberry\'s collapsed for a second time this week. On both occasions, the closer I got to the arranged completion date the less I heard from the agents. I deeply regret having wasted a year believing Mulberry\'s had the capacity to sell my property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provided clear feedback on a regular basis and sold my flat.
