I have had the worst time ever with EM lettings - This was my first time letting a property so I thought I would gow ith a company that I knew (I had my house up for sale with them) I really wish I hadn't bothered. Thye made some terrible mistakes and not only that you have to chase them for any information. I had to constantly call them to find out different bits of information that they should have rang me for. As it was my first time I totally relyed on them to tell me what to do, whats fees needed paying at what time etc and they really let me down. Do not use em they are cowboys!
