Having sold my property in the past, Damien knew how unique it was in the area, and marketed my home appropriately in order to obtain the best return.

Other agents didn't appreciate the unique selling points, and valued comparing to considerably lesser properties in the area... I largely believe with the intention of turning a quick sale at a low price, at my expense. Several also tried to cast aspersions on competing agents and steal the business, which immediately turned me off of them.

As it was, I had two offers with WJ Meade, near and then above asking price within two weeks, and was very happy to stay with them as the chain grew and connected sales progressed.

Mike, Patrick and the team at WJ Meade were fantastic from start to finish, going above and beyond with their excellent communication, time and knowledge to keep a complex chain together until completion.

We would recommend WJ Meade to anyone, great service and thank you :)
