Unbelievablely unprofessional. Giving out personal details, always had JUST received an email when I rang, took over a year to sell my home due to them not background checking the buyer, had to find a new one after 9 months!! This should have been known when they checked her money wasn't in place. Just don't use, there's so many other companies, just avoid these like the plague!!!!!
