The orginal letting of the Pty was via the Stalybridge office which provided an excellent service.Once the Pty was let the management was transferred to Stockport. The level of incompetency demonstrated from start to finish was unbelievable. Monthly Rents regularly delayed ; no explanation offered or warning given.When challenged,poor responses. Rent payment date changed ( by 2 weeks ) without agreement or warning. When challenged,unprofessional and innaproproiate explanation/excuse ie: \'wasn\'t me....somebody has acted without authority...\' No Inspection reports done until whereabouts asked for. Questions re Agreement wrongly and unprofessionally answered eg: \' the terms of the Letting Agreement have been drawn up by..(= the Estate Agents Trading Body)so if you have any questions ask them...........\'WRONG the Agreement is between the Parties to it,NOT who drafted it ! No pro-active management ( at all ).At he end of the initial 6 months Let,no contact with either La ndlord or Tenant until after Landlord asked for the present position 2 weeks after end date. Disengenuous explanations for delay. As the final insult,when final monthly rent payment received £147 short.When challeneged sought to justify figure as correct.Took landlord 2 mins to point out why it was incorrect !

Learn to do the job correctly.Tell the truth when explaining errors,delays,incompetence etc.
