A massive thankyou to Simon and the team. Very professional from first contact, our property was marketed swiftly and sale agreed quickly. Despite being a difficult transaction, Simon kept in contact throughout and chased all loose ends when we needed him to. Had it not been for this input I don't believe we would have completed on our transaction.
