I have been dealing with WJ Meade, (Hertford Rd, Enfield) for the past 2 years selling 6 residential properties. All properties were put on the market at the same time. I transferred to W J Meade following abysmal customer service from one of their main competitors!

I was impressed from the very outset by the Enfield Team, Mike, Patrick, Damien and support staff, Laura. Selling 6 properties, each with their own unique 'characteristics', would be challenging enough for any estate agent but was even more so in light of the prevailing/fluctuating economic climate. Mike and his team relished the challenge and set about the task in a professional, measured, and methodical manner. All aspect of the sales were dealt with efficiently with good communication maintained throughout with both me, as the seller, prospective buyers of my properties and our respective solicitors. The measure of a good estate agent is when problems arise. - this is inevitable - but when difficulties did occur they were handled adroitly, reflecting the maturity and experience of the Team gleaned over many years in the business. I cannot fault their professional acumen as an estate agent. Their customer service is exemplary, with all staff displaying a thorough knowledge of the challenges that might beset sellers and buyers, but crucially, having the means to deal with them in an effective and constructive manner to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties concerned. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to others.
