Got a recommendation from a friend to use this company only to find out I was being used. It was all planned and I was seen as a pawn for whatever reason. I was scammed into believing I was renting a house for a long term only to be informed the house is up for sale barely just 3months of moving and even trying to settle in, buying things I needed for the house. I complained but I was assured that they’ll sell to an investor, only to get a quit notice exactly 6 months into my tenancy. I felt used, I felt I was just there to generate rent while they look for a buyer, Beth the negotiator scammed me into believing all is fine. I was deceived and scammed and will advise anyone dealing with the Mansfield branch to do so diligently as all they are after is meeting targets and not your welfare. They never respond to complains about repairs, you are left at your mercy. During my tenancy I had people barging into the property without any prior arrangements only to be told they have the agents’ permission to come do something in the property even without consulting with me. It is just business for them. Watch out guys!
