I have recently re-let a rental property through Edward Mellor and had the pleasure of dealing with Erin Dransfield with managing and overseeing the marketing of the apartment through to securing new tenants within 21 days of appointment.

I was impressed with Erins proactive and consistent communication throughout, clearly setting out the process for marketing the property, also her advice to highlight the recent modernisation works to the property online Rightmove listing and guidance with the marketing price and valuation adjustments were critical with securing warm enquiries and a successful application. It was a pleasure dealing with Erin throughout the process.

I also dealt with Sienna Toner, I was impressed with her communication and updates on the rightmove enquiries, viewings, arranging the inventory report and issuing the tenancy agreements, a pleasure to deal with too.

I highly recommend Edward Mellor agents and consultants for any aspects of property marketing and I look forward to dealing with them again in the near future.
