The team at Links were really helpful with our recent property purchase. We were living 250 miles away at the time and I made a special trip to view the house. Julie showed me around the property and was helpful with all my questions and very patient with me as I had a thorough look around, had a video call with my partner who couldn't be with me for the viewing, and then took several videos to review later! We made an offer the same day via Mark who made the process easy and stress-free. After our offer was accepted, Glenda was brilliant at chasing our solicitors and the seller's solicitors and keeping us in the loop with everything. We're very grateful for Glenda's help throughout! Ryan was really helpful at moving things along when they had gotten stuck in the midst of conveyancing bureaucracy. He went the extra mile to call local contacts for surveys and visited the seller's solicitor in person to answer questions about the access road to move things along. Every time we popped into the branch to update the team we felt welcome and supported during a stressful yet exciting time. The new home welcome box and card were a lovely touch, it was the first new home card up in our house! Thanks again!
