We viewed and bought our first-ever property through Links, as a first-time buyer there is so much that is happening in the process that as the buyer you have heard for the first time and it feels like everyone is too busy to explain things apart from Links staff. Laura was very honest and patient with our questions during the viewings and Glenda was absolutely amazing from the offer accepted to the completion stage.
During the 5 months of the buying process when we were constantly in fear of things falling apart Glenda's emails were the only thing that kept us hopeful and aware of what is there to expect, and what is happening. She kept us truly involved, spoke with the vendors, solicitors then updated us as well. I think I would have definitely had a panic attack if she wasn't involved in the process.
We knew we could count on Links at every point of the process, always on time, always as promised, and extremely professional while personal.
I never thought I could have such strong feelings of trust and satisfaction toward an estate agency but they have proven me wrong. It is almost a shame we won't be having much to do with estate agencies for a long time now, but when we do I know 100% where to go.
