5 years down the line, and this management company never fails to fail at every opportunity,
The website management portal is unreliable - their password and registration systems unworkable.
Invoices are constanly incorrect - late - misdated.
Customer service take one to two weeks to respond, and several attempts at that speed to get issues sorted.
I only deal with the adminsistration and have never had to deal wth the actual site managment - but am thankful for that small mercy!
With a medium portfolio of 21 properties to my name - I will never purchase another property where OM Property Maagement is involved. Dealing with the managment of this one property takes more of my time than the other 20.
