Couldn't ask for a better service when looking for a estate agent to sell your property.

Working with Patrick, Damien, Mike and Laura has been one of the less stressful part of the entire moving process. Our house was sold at asking price within one weekend, with many viewings. Patrick was our main contact, and took care of the viewings, while we went out for the day.

Due to the people we were buying from (nothing to do with WJ Meade) it took a very long time before we actually got around to moving, and unfortunately lost our buyer, twice. However, both times, before the next weekend was over, our house was sold again at the full asking price at the time of the markets.

Patrick was available to chat, or email, or text almost whenever we needed, and sometimes I was telling him to stop answering me on his day off! I wasn't expecting an answer right away.

Nothing about the WJ Meade team felt pushy, or felt like they were more interested in their commission than us. We felt that we were their priority, and they listened and offered advise when requested.
