Jade has communicated with us regularly through the tenancy, providing a prompt and efficient service. I appreciate that for Jade it’s quite a balancing act maintaining a relationship with both the landlord and the tenant. Especially when, like ourselves, we’ve chosen not to interact with the tenant. On the whole this has worked very well. Thank you. On the odd occasion where there has been an issue, I’d prefer to talk through the options rather than email. This would prevent going back and forth and speed things up. Perhaps this could be considered for future tenancies.
