Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff overall. We listed our house for sale with Paul Wallace as we kept seeing their SOLD signs up on houses in the area and we also wanted to buy locally. Also, fortunately for us, 3/4 houses in our chain were listed by Paul Wallace, which meant that they had a very good oversight of what was happening throughout the process. It was a bit of bumpy journey, with no fault of the estate agents, but they were very patient with us throughout our frequent calls and always did their best to alleviate concerns or explain things through.
