In January 2013 I missed a rent payment on its due date on the 1st, and was unable to pay until the full rent until the 11th January 2013, I rang Lisa who reassured me that it was ok, and was glad I informed them rather then avoid telling them. She put me through to customer services who then also reassured that as along as I paid it by the 11th it wouldn\'t be a problem. Lisa was a great help and I felt very valued afterwards at less stressed about the situation.
