Nothing wrong with the fees, however, there were a few issues with the condition of the property (WC not flushing, broken drawer in the freezer, broken wardrobe, etc.) that I have discovered when I moved in. Not sure whether it is estate agency's or landlord's responsibility, however, in my case the agency is acting on behalf of the landlord. Hopefully, these matters will be sorted out quickly.
