When we were looking for an agent to sell our house, we had a short-list of three, including Simon Goldin of Goldin Lemcke. After a very disappointing and disheartening experience with the first agent we instructed, we got in touch with Simon and we are so thankful we did! What a difference! The contrast between the first agent and Simon could not have been more marked! Simon was upbeat, positive and very knowledgeable about the area and how to highlight the best points of our house. He even persuaded our buyer to increase their offer by a significant amount! All of Simon's team came to our house to meet us and to discuss the sale. Simon was always available to speak to us and his input, tact and diplomacy were particularly valuable during a rather tricky period up to exchange of contracts. Simon always had our best interests in mind and guided us in a professional but friendly manner through the sale process. We would definitely instruct Simon and Goldin Lemcke again and he is very highly recommended.
