Fairly classic tricks really. Big sell to get property on books. Sends flurry of people to view but most unsuitable, can\'t proceed or don\'t have enough money. Claimed very low offers made from buyers we suspect didnt exist (guess to make us think we\'d be lucky to get above this) - offers never put in writing. Pretended potential buyers proceedable when weren\'t. Then inevitable pressure to drop price. Usual tactics really.

Been honest, not lied about things we knew werent true and acted to get us the best possible price rather than trying to sell our house to the lowest bidder.
