Gilbert Estates used a finding agent called Sheldon Bishop to find tennants for a property they had in Highgate. The property was in an uninhabitable condition when we moved in, and was subsequently flooded, after which we permanently vacated the property. Gilbert Estates were pretty unprofessional throughout the whole affair, neglegent in letting a flat in that condition, and impossible to contact most of the time. However they were at least honest in their dealings with us, although they at times appeared dishonest via their incompetance. They have no business in the letting market in my opinion.
