Patrick Morgan assisted me with my sale. He was absolutely excellent. He remained calm and supportive and gave clear and accurate information. He is not like your typical Estate Agent as he is completely upfront. My house sold almost immediately with his input. Even when I had difficulties with my purchase, he negotiated between myself and my buyers. He knew exactly what was going on with the chain.

If you are selling your house or even buying a house, I would recommend Patrick. He is so easy to deal with and in the most stressful situations, he remains focused on the job at hand.

Definitely 5 stars.
