Thank you for your response! As you are aware we showed the property to you before you signed the contract and was told at the viewing that the carpets and decoration was being redone (which was) . Furthermore we also confirmed on the day you moved in that kitchen cupboards had been replaced as we were not happy with the old ones . As stated in previous correspondence with yourself, it is the management companies responsibility to deal with the windows. All contact we have had with the management company has been relayed to yourself, unfortunately there are certain things that are beyond our control. With regards to the toilet and extractor fans unfortunately they were not tested before you moved in and we had no complaints from the previous tenants to say they were not working . We appreciate that problems can occur at any time and at no point did SH Properties refuse to get any issues that were raised sorted and ,in fact everything was sorted out within a period of 9 days. This could have been sorted sooner but unfortunately due to lack of contact from yourself we could not organise for jobs to be completed without gaining access to the property as you were unhappy for us to release the keys to the builder. We are more than happy to attend to all issues that sadly arise but permission is needed to gain access to the property , and dates with contractors need to be confirmed. As always we are trying our best to be in contact with the management company who is dealing with the window issues and we can only keep you informed of what is happening regarding this. As you are aware 2 new heaters have been arranged to be replaced next week.

The only unacceptable thing here is you playing the victim online.
I never sworn at you and I asked you to leave because I didn't want to listen to your excuses.
You said it's not your job to check the conditions of the flat before renting it!
You knew about the windows but decided to rent anyway.
We are not talking about a bit of condensation. There is water dripping from the windows and mould growing on them. If you stay close you can feel the the cold air coming in. This is clearly against the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018; the flat is not warm and dry at all.
We also had other issues. It's not too much to expect shower, fan and toilet to work!
We sent you many emails with pictures of the windows, but you were more interested in replacing the top in the kitchen.
The only reason you said you are going to do something about it is because I wrote I was going to report you to the Council.

We are extremely disappointed to hear, this is how you feel about our company, as we pride ourselves on being professional and efficient and we are here to help all landlords and tenants wherever we can with the vast experience that we have.
Although we sympathise with your frustration with regards to the condensation around the windows, it has been explained to you on several occasions that we are unable just to change the windows without the consent of the Managing Agents and you are aware of this, as we copied you in on emails we have received with trying to get this resolved and possibly this may have lead to this review.
We would like to clarify that on many requests that were made by you when you first moved in to the property these requests were immediately dealt with the same day that they were raised. We would also like to confirm that when you moved in the property we notified the utility companies and council tax department of your moving date and due to data protection act only the tenants can contact these companies to transfer the accounts in to their name and set up a standing order for payment which yourselves as tenants are liable to do not the letting agent as confidential information is required.
As you are pointing out issues in the property understandably they do arise every now and then and we always try our best to promptly and efficiently get these resolved as quickly as we can, due to tenants not being at home and contractors being extremely busy and not having consent to enter the property with keys it is a challenge to get things sorted as quickly as tenants would like. I can also state that due to yourself being busy the manging director of SH properties has been chasing you for quite some time to inspect the property personally and only days later has this been possible. To be screamed and sworn at is despicable, and being asked to leave the premises when trying to reason with yourself to resolve these issues is unacceptable.
