In the first instance Robin King and has staff worked very hard to have their client, our vendor, accept our very reasonable offer and facillitate the sale. Subsequently they consistently sought to update us with every development, as it happened, in a troublesome chain. During the last several weeks when buyers in the chain below us were causing confusion and delay they were in contact with us on a daily basis and sometimes twice a day. They were in constant almost daily contact with each of the estate agents further down the chain as well as with our vendor (their client) and used evey means at their disposal to facillitate progress. In our opinion this was customer service of the highest calibre.
