Tom Brown proved to be a highly professional Estate Agent with a clear understanding of the market and we were pleased that we chose Timothy A. Brown, having allowed all the estate agents in Congleton to value our property.
Tom was readily available to us at all times and understood our needs, taking on board our feedback and consistently working towards our desired outcome.
Staff on site were consistently abreast across any issues and worked towards reaching positive solutions.
The only observation I would offer (and I know this is a sign of the times we live) was that when I visited the office, I felt uncomfortable discussing aspects of our sale from the pavement. with staff giving the impression that they were unwilling to allow access to the office.
