Beaney Pearce have managed 5 of our properties for over 3 years and I have to say from the moment I started dealing with them in 2009 and since they have been excellent. They are a very professional company and the knowledge of the lettings and management staff is vast. If you want a professional agent, who is keeps you informed of property regulation, very rarely has voids then use Beaney Pearce. You may get agents who will offer you what seems like a good fee, but beware some ot these agents are not up to speed on regulation, don't vet tenants properly and could cost you in the long run. Use Beaney Pearce
