It was a great experience renting a property with Clan Gordon. Malina, our property manager was extremely patient in answering all our queries right from documentation to moving into property. We could see the professional ownership she took in attending all our issues/queries. Throughout the tenancy we received high quality customer service which we were really pleased with.They were well-organised and efficient, with reliably quick responses to issues and requests. I take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service, in an accurate and friendly fashion, during my stay in the property.

As the landlord of the mentioned property I wish to dispute the condition the property was left in following the tenants exit. A full report containing pictures was provide by Clan Gordon which, due to this having previously been my family home, was quite distressing.
It was my choice to change to Clan Gordon mid tenancy as quite frankly the former agent was not fit for purpose and I have been really pleased with the service provided since the transition.
