The entire staff at Paul Wallace were honest, professional and engaged, keeping me in the loop at every single stage of the buying process, which was especially comforting as a first-time buyer.
Steve in particular has been a massive positive of the buying process and I genuinely do not think it would have completed without him nudging it along and keeping in contact via phone and email. Huge respect to you all and a massive thank you.
