Had a great experince with this agent. Very good service! Jonathan Blissett is very helpful! Can't believe the coment below must be a silly tenant who never paid rent. Smart office and all the staff are very helpful.

The staff at Pikes have no regard for landlords or tenants alike. On several occasions, they have expressly gone against my instructions and I have received complaints from my tenants as a result. They have entered the premises without my or my tenants prior consent ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could be respectful of me as a landlady and my tenants. My tenants have contacted me about Pikes (specifically Jonathan and Aimee) entering the house without notice of any kind. They could send notice. And make sure the garden is maintained throughout the year as I paid for.
