Terrible. Rented from this man in June 2019. Paid six months’ rent in advance as requested by the agent. This agent is running a scam. In addition to putting money into getting the property to liveable standards, the home was entered and looted by the owner while I was in hospital recovering from two strokes.
At the same time, another renter had their home entered and looted.
Fowler’s are criminals. Avoid this agent.
