We always thought that an agent selling a house worked for the seller, We now realise that a great estate agent works for the buyer too to get a happy sale. We had the pleasure of buying a house through Bramleys in Huddersfield, Gemma Smith was the person we worked with. We hadn’t bought a house for twenty five years and we were unsure of the way things worked,. From the outset Gemma was so helpful in assisting us through the process. Things took longer than we thought with some aspects of the sale, and Gemma worked with us and the vendor to get things over the line. She helped us with Chasing solicitors, and most definitely doing a lot more than is in her job description! We found her to be thoroughly professional, attentive, friendly and approachable. She replied to emails and telephone calls quickly, and never once made us feel that we were pestering her or asking stupid questions.
The colleagues in the branch at Huddersfield were also superb, any contact we had with them was followed up quickly, efficiently
and with a smile.
The customer service we received from Gemma was simply first class. A credit to her profession and to Bramleys.
