The agent\'s behaviour is very unprofessional and rather rude towards tenants as soon as the tenant signs-up for tenancy, this company is not going to go long in this way which they will see soon in due course of time. Agent does not show up on fixed appointment. On asking questions about property or no-show on appointments, agent creates unneccessary arguments and very rude behaviour.

The businesses like HMV, Blockbuster, Jessops have already fell down because of not caring about customer and the way it is going Strakers may not be far in that line. If they want to survive, they need to take lessons in behaving professionally with customers and customer service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
