Purchased a flat through m&m in December 2020 and customer service was an absolute disgrace. Throughout the process of buying the flat, I was filled with lie after lie from the M&M team. Coming across some issues within the flat that I was told would be resolved before completion was not the case and then they did not want to know or help. Told me they would get back to me and completely cut me off didn’t call me back as promised. I then spoke to the manager who said he would look into this and get back to me, I’m still waiting to this day for a return call. After speaking with neighbours who have been in the area for years, told me M&M have a bad reputation in the area. Will certainly not be using them again or recommending their services.
Being a first time buyer, I did not know the process of what was to be done. M&M was not helpful at all and did not want to help me out at all but clearly just wanted the sale and their commission. When I first viewed the property I was told straight away that someone else has viewed and was going to put an offer in, I now do not believe this and believe they just say this to push you into making an offer- don’t be fooled.

After reviewing the file I understand the purchase was not straight forward with certain items being raised on survey and a renegotiation of price taking place.
I take any criticism against my staff as a direct reflection on how I run my department and I therefore would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with you in more detail’.
