Multiple issues since moving in, three and a half months down the line none are completely resolved. Having contacted the office on numerous occasions we are met with a " when I can be bothered" attitude - which seems to be never from our experience, that is of course if they even acknowledge there is problem.

They are ok were very efficient when we first got our rented property with them, sometimes now they can be a bit slow in responding to our emails with say maintenance to our property other than that we have no complaints....
