Goldin Lemcke impressed me on the first visit, understanding the potential of a property whilst being realistic about expectations. It was a complicated sale, short lease, significant exterior work required, that took some time, however Simon was always available for updates, never kept me in the dark and we had straight forward discussions based on his excellent advice on how to proceed. His team also helped organise necessary renovation works for me, (I live abroad), which was extremely helpful. I recommend them highly.
