I have had an absolutely brilliant house buying experience with Goldin Lemcke. I have gone through many estate agents in the past and I have to say that this was a completely different experience. Simon was really supportive from the start when I called up to ask to view a flat which was already gone, he offered suitable alternative viewings for the next day, and when I made an offer on the flat, he got back to me within the day after getting in touch with the seller. Throughout the process all emails were replied to and any chasing with done with immediate results. He also recommended very good lawyers. The whole experience was just great, I would definitely work with them again.
