Absolutely the best. We were with another agent several decades ago but were unhappy with their valuation and the time it was taking to sell our property. Simon Lemcke saw our predicament, offered us a much larger valuation and rapidly found us an appropriate buyer. He loved the property we then bought and told us to contact him if ever we wanted to sell it. We did over a decade later and kept his word even through a saga of us changing our minds once, then a last minute abortive sale, a broken chain, Brexit, mortgage holdups for our buyer, Covid complications, you name it, but he patiently & professionally saw us through all of it. We ended up well off and happy in a new area thanks to him and his excellent team! Eric Lee and Toni Tye Preisler
