Patrick dealt with my initial enquiry, he immediately understood my property requirements and within 2 minutes matched me with the perfect property - a house which had just fallen through with another buyer. Patrick helped me secure the purchase and Mike, the owner, progressed it through with the solicitors. Considering these challenging COVID times they made the process feel seamless and even managed to save their client's onward purchase in the process! We are all very busy to write these reviews but as an estate agent myself (working in a different area) I felt it important to let others know that this is a reputable agent that is only after providing an excellent service to both buyer an seller and nothing more. I felt supported throughout the process and would highly recommend them to anyone out there who is looking for an estate to buy or sell with.
