The staff are nice. However, I had some problems in my flat which were not nice at all. First, I had rats, twice in less than a year. They ended up solving the issue, but it took time. Second, one of the ceiling lamps fell and hit my head. This is a dangerous and serious issue, they should double check the condition of the house to avoid this sort of things. Finally, I had to pay to clean the house. Do not bother in cleaning it yourself, they will ask you for professional. So, I cleaned myself during those difficult times when people are not allowed in your house and then they made me pay for a professional to clean it. It is funny as they asked me to record a video for the following tenants because they were not allowed to go into the house due to covid, but then other people are allowed to go into the house to clean it. Seriously, it was clean, not as a profesional would do, but it was clean. So do not bother in trying to clean yourself you will have to pay for professional staff to do it. I have never had these problems with other rentals in Scotland and England.

Sorry to hear that you had a couple of issues with your property. As you will be aware, vermin entry is a very common issue in the West End of Glasgow at present. We took all measures to locate as many possible points of entry behind your kitchen units. This is never a straight forward task without being intrusive, and as such, it required a couple of visits to appropriately locate and block any gaps. The issue was also exasperated by gaps and holes in the external fabric of the building. We notified the factor of this immediately, however had to wait for them to resolve this matter as it is outwith our authority. With regards to the light fitting, unfortunately these things can happen during a tenancy. It was resolved as soon as possible.
With regards to the end of tenancy clean, you said it yourself that you did not return the property in a professionally clean state. As the property was handed over in a professionally clean state, this is how we expect it to be returned.
